Michel made his solo debut with the 2004 EP Ayuda!, released by the independent Magic Bullet tag (based in Fredericksburg, VA, non far from D.C.). A uncut album followed in 2005, These Are All Beautiful Things, and a minute EP, Revolve, appeared in the summer of 2006. Later that year, Michel sign with the Astoria, NY, tag Stunning Models on Display and recorded Quiet State of Panic, an album released cheeseparing the end of 2006 that integrated the quiet textures of his sooner recordings with a more eclectic pop/rock approach shot, boast some stiff galvanic guitar and a subtle merely pointed political broadside, "Your Name Is Icarus."
